i visit regularly and discovering this hotel has been a pleasure the venue is comfortable with high standards of service. duarte manages the dining room splendidly it provides first-rate cooking and a delicious menu. i confirm that you will not be disappointed if you wish a cosy stay. the location is peaceful i found.

great location attentive staff small room service charge

I really enjoyed the location, it was superb! the staff were kind and attentive. They helped me with directions and recommendations. the bar had a great selection of cocktails and the bartenders knew how to mix a drink!

The room was very small, honestly. the sound proofing from the corridor was poor. I could hear a lot of noise! i also noticed that there was a service charge added to the bill.

The shower only provided cold water in the mornings! The maintenance staff said, "that's just how it is. ", which is quite funny. The reception staff seemed clueless.

attentive staff great location working air con poor lighting broken lamps ill-fitting blinds

the staff was friendly. the location is great and close to many attractions. i really liked the air con that works well even on a very hot day. i felt so relaxed in the rooms.

i thought the bedside reading lamps didn't work, that was a pity. so many light switches did nothing, it was confusing. the blinds didn't fit the window well, so it didn't block the light correctly. that was a big problem for me.
